1.Return Policy for Products
1.1 In the event You receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with the customer service team through any of the below mentioned channels:

Need to return? Just follow these simple steps:
- You need to call or e-mail us within 48 hours from time of delivery along with photographs. We are unable to accept your return request after time line.
- Do mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns
- Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition.
- The original packaging including brand tags, tags, boxes and dust-bags should be intact while returning the items.
- All returned items should be packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Shipping cost will be paid by Customer.
- For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 10 days from date of raising the return request.

How do you return?
You can return the product in following ways:
1. Reverse pick up from your shipping address: In case there is an inherent damage/ different product received we will get the product picked up from your location. Reverse pick-up facility is currently available only for Indian location. For rest location‘s clients – they have to return the products under their responsibility.
